Theory can be taught in a classroom but there’s nothing quite like a hands-on experience to truly change behavior. ATLAS Lift Coaches provide your care team with both.
Specially trained in safe patient handling and mobility technology, equipment, resources and accessories required to position and mobilize patients; your Lift Coach delivers practical instruction to caregivers at the bedside. This one-on-one supportive coaching method encourages provider confidence and increases patient satisfaction. Additionally, Lift Coaches have focused training in patient census analysis, unique patient populations, change theory, program logistics, and leadership techniques.
As an extension of your care team, Lift Coaches are available 24/7 to meet caregiver needs. Many use rounding schedules while other Coaches are available via our flexible scheduling, dispatching, and data-gathering software, ATLAS Lift Tracker. Either way, you can be assured of assistance at the bedside within moments of a request.
ATLAS Lift Coaches strive to build a supportive and collaborative relationship with your multidisciplinary team. Enthusiastic and dedicated to the success of your SPHM program, Lift Coaches help to reduce provider injury, mitigate risk and encourage a sustainable culture of safety.
All ATLAS Lift Coaches are EMT certified, bonded and insured, and remain part of the ATLAS team.
